      It is a data driven organization with good systems and processes, hard working and smart colleagues.

      Kontras

      Not a very inclusive environment: either you like the culture or not, different opinions/way of working are not easily welcomed. A lot of stress and hard work to create state of art documents for meetings, but sometimes no decision was taken.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
