      compensation is ok, but the hours you have to work and politics you endure are terrible.

      - clean code and test coverage zealots - withold feedback and pip you with no time to recover - everything is urgent - deliver results is the only leadership principle that matters. - it is no longer Day 1 - only add rules/regulations, never remove them - lots of meetings
