Also, people with different nationalities come together in teams and are included in the teams. Amazon values all its enployees, independent of their level of experience. You get lots of growth opportunities and you can learn so much each year. Amazon chooses its employees to form perdormance teams, which means that you work with professionals ang get to learn a lot from each other.
