Great leadership principles, applied across all levels. Challenging and dynamic place for someone who wants to learn and grow.
Kontras
While hiring new leadership members culture fit has to be much more stringent. Also hiring in bulk from certain organizations within a short span is not a great idea. More involvement of headquarters into off shore teams also is required.
