      Confusing processes and lot of portals. Less clarity in response from HR/Admin departments Just salary, nothing else - no goodies, T shirts, etc. Infra & Facilities are not up to the expectation in Poland.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
