      Same regular hours. The work is indoors and is not intellectually challenging.

      Kontras

      The work can be repetitive and boring. Depending on what area you are in, it puts a strain on different body parts. Night shift work starts too early. The day shift needs to be refined to either a shorter day or finishing earlier. Canteen food is quite poor.
