- Bias for action. People want to get things done and make actionable change - The scale enables you to make a difference. External stakeholders want to work with you. - Great work-life balance (although I sense this is different depending on what team you are in) - Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. I am constantly improving.
Kontras
- The meeting culture takes some getting used to (Reading time - google it) - I was hired at a low grade when my performance is compared to other colleagues. This has been acknowledged but I remain at the lower grade.
