      Really good development and training programme that teaches a lot. Really good for developing skills for sales, consulting and data analytics.

      Kontras

      There is no clear progression structure set in to really develop into the higher roles at the company. Can always move laterally but there is a big leap to take my career to the next step.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
