      Pros

      Salary is a big pro! Working from home and have access to whatever you need to do your job. Very organized company, everything you think, anyone thought before and wrote something about it.

      The onboard experience could not be nice. A lot of pressure and hard to pass through if you didn't have any experience with the technology before.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
