Pros

Work from home. You don't have to travel. You earlier shift goes quicker. The mangers are helpful. They check in on your calls to make sure you are saying the right things.

Kontras

Pay is $10/hr. Very long and late hours. You later shifts drags on until wee hours of the morning. In the middle of a call they will side chat you to tell you that you are messing up.
