Vibrant environment, lots of smart and fun people to work with, ability to switch your team if you're not satisfied, good pay, nice location in the city, tons of new initiatives and projects... You will never get bored at Amazon!

Kontras

Most development teams are understaffed and they launch a lot of new products at a fast paced, so often you may only get aware of problems when they exist in production which may cost the company (both in terms of reputation and money)
