No investment in the individual workers As a Manager I have been forced to fire good performers to meet Amazon's non-voluntary attrition numbers I have been promoted multiple times, but always make significantly less than my male counterparts who I perform better than. My managers have not been willing to adjust my compensation or provided support in my development. I do all development activities on my own time. Expected to be constantly available. This got worse during COVID, but was always an expectation.
