      -Pay -- For my bachelor's and experience, I would not make this elsewhere -Benefits -- The benefits, especially the health are very good -People -- I have met some very good people here.

      -Lack of a life -- This place consumes you. -Lack of a concern by upper management for the development of their managers (while the associates are valuable, they forget that the managers are too)
