Pros

Fun work. Got to help people. Interesting because of the different sort of things dealt with. Training was good. Good manager support. Felt like part of a team.

Kontras

Hired seasonally, and thought I'd be kept on because my metrics were so good. Let go with only one week's notice after making it through the first cut. Can feel isolating.

Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

Kontras

Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
