This job was very low stress and comfortable. It was hourly, and left time for other things in life, work from home and no high pressure or tight deadlines.

Kontras

But it was very boring and repetitive, constant discontent at linguist talent not being used as much as it could be. No room for growth. Finally, excessive micromanagement by upper management to make us track our time, even though that actually ended up making us LESS efficient and only added stress to our managers.
