      Pros

      I've had a great experience onboarding with AWS. The team - up and down level to me - has been kind, gracious, and I believe helping me towards success in my onboarding process. I am happy to work for AWS and appreciative of the fact they were willing to bring me on to try and contribute.

      Kontras

      Covid - in general - makes joining remote difficult, but AWS has figured out how to effectively manage this.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
