Same language and linguistic preferences given by the managers during promotion and evaluation or for that any such matter. 2. Too much uneducated and misbehavior characters are their in the company from top to bottom, they think that they are your boss in every way.They don't even follow basic ethics on the floor while working and talking. 3.now i don't know how it has changed but when i was working their, the performance review and promotion review was so pathetic that it led me to leave the company finally. Manager don't consider your good work, they only take in those aspect which affect your stay in company.
