      Manage not consistant. While in maintenance we usually had no manager with my shift and when we would get on they would only last about 4-6 months before trying to transfer out or quit

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
