      In Amazon, you could learn a lot technicalwisely. Tons of tools to learn, great sources for study. You got enough chances to learn how to survive under high pressure environment and deal with tight deadlines.

      Kontras

      Not so proud salary compared to same level of other big techs; Not so proud company culture; Too much pressure sometimes and some not so great managers, I mean, quite a few.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Kontras

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
