Lots of great training and tons of advancement opportunities. Work with you to set goals and take your career where you want to go.

Kontras

Scheduling is tough and is redone about three times a year. Minimal preference given for seniority etc. bottom line is you won't be working convenient hours for you or your family. If you were a student, they will schedule around your class schedule but that's about it.

Kontras

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
