      Pros

      Constant learning and lot's of support. Great for self starters and those eager to advance in their careers. The expectations are high, but realistic - this is my favorite part. It keeps you growing in your career but never with unrealistic goals and deadlines.

      Lot's of subdivisions of the larger AWS organization. Finding resources and the right people can be challenging at times.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
