      High compensation and a high quality office.

      Kontras

      Management made business decisions at the expense of employee mental health. Very few benefits compared to other companies. Signing bonus and relocation bonus were both prorated over the first year, so early resignation is highly penalized.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
