      Management was good and respectful towards employees. Salary was given on time. Nice and hygienic working environment. Very open culture.

      Due to our process, we use to work in night shifts and there was no certainty that we'll be getting our week-offs on weekends

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
