      Easy work, not very complicated

      Extreme corporate culture, get used to people stealing your idea and getting credit for your work. Basic changes take over a year to be implemented. Unclear guidelines no one takes responsibility for them neither as these people are hiding way above you - You come up with suggestions which will improve the work for everyone, forget it wont happen this decade
