- Extremely poor Work Life Balance - You will expected to work all the time, will not mention this explicitly to you but deadlines are such that you would have to work. If there is any delay in delievery, that will be an excuse to put you in DevPlan and fire you. - No team bonding One advice, if you feel any negative review from your manager, switch team ASAP.
