- good salario and benefits package, obviously not the best, but - international environment - opportunity to learn, grow and develop in cool projects - give responsabilities to young people

- could have give back more to employees during COVID, expenses for WFH material, some bonus, etc - sometimes too frugal on employees - depends on the department, some of them have quite intense workload
