      It is nice to work at AWS Berlin because of the work atmosphere. Colleagues are nice, manager is nice. It is not a "pressure" work, it is an enjoyable work,

      It is very difficult to get promoted. Even with important achievements (like, for example, writing a patent for the company introducing a novel algorithm) it is very hard to get promoted.
