It is compulsory to speak Portuguese to succeed in Amazon BR. Also, in BR market, employees tend to long hours versus NA or EU working time. Salary not necessarily aligned to market, and nothing comparable to NA/EU salary level. Amazon doesn't have yet a process to consider intercultural integration for foreigners going to BR.
