      For me fortunately I landed in a great team, and during lockdown I faced a lot of hurdles working remotely with power cuts and internet issues. My team was very understanding of the situation and my lack of ability to deliver projects on time didn't affect my position at all.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
