      The only thing I love about Amazon is they have amazing free training courses for employees. There are tons of learning resources, many technical broadcast videos. Great learning experience for me.

      Horrible micro management. I have been with 2 teams and all managers are extremely bad. I've been in the tech industry with many years of experience and I never had any bad experience with managers until I joined Amazon. This is 100% true

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
