      -Amazing Engineering problems -Lots of opportunities to learn and grow -Moving teams is easier, and lots of openings so you can decide what you want to work on

      - PIP - Oncall - Work life balance is not as good - Stock vesting period is skewed (You'll get majority of stocks after 2 years of them being rewarded) - Refreshes is not as good as other competitive companies
