      Acceptable salary. With AWS experience you can get a ton of interviews.

      Kontras

      Bad WLB, Focus/PIP culture. In mature teams, most work are just bug fix and operations. Hard to get meaningful projects. When you are piped and out for interview you need something to be proud of.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
