      No concrete carrer grothw opportunities: you have to do a couples of interviews (more difficult that an external one) or be the favourite of your manager ; salary not competitive and performance review increase verry low; manual and repetitive tasks very frustrating; lack of humanity from the leadership (they are more focused on save money, instead).

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
