      Interns are seen as full timers, so the work done has real impact on the team/business. Opportunity to interact with many stakeholders Adequate time to ramp up knowledge of the business

      Despite good performance and what the 'internship program' suggests, there is a severe lack of full-time opportunities after the internship, which is very disappointing.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
