      - Salaries are good for market, but heavily driven by equity vs cash. - Really smart people and they really live the amazon dream. - You can really learn how a world class company operates at scale.

      - Everything is structured, there is nothing entrepreneurial about the company. - Playbooks are set for everything. - No room to innovate or propose - Unless you have an MBA from the best programs you don't grow.
