The people are fantastic. Fast moving and open environment. The company caters to its SDEs and knows that they are where the rubber meets the road. Close work with the business to understand their needs and the customer's needs. Everyone is moving in the right direction.
Kontras
Work Life Balance sucks in some groups. The worst part is if you get stuck under a manager who has NO idea what leadership and management really is. Amazon is full of AWFUL managers. That is slowly improving, but not quickly. Most managers still treat the employees more like a liability than an asset.
