      Compensation is good for a new graduate. The organization is clear so that everyone 's accomplishment is available to others. Managers sometimes are good resources to learn.

      Kontras

      Lots of operation stuff instead of concentrating on programming. It is kind of hard to balance between life and work. Working in a small AWS support team, the career opportunities are not good.
