Toxic leadership...almost everywhere. It is not a team culture and almost everyone works in silos. Leaders use buzz words and societal movements like political platforms but their actions show their real meaning. Inclusion and diversity are just checkbooks on their standard work checklist. A peer of mine was sexually harassed and the regional response was "let's just get past this". If this had been the only time I had seen or heard of this type of behavior I would have chalked it up to one poor leader. I have never seen so many leaders who are disrespectful and self involved. In addition you can never work enough it is literally a 24×7 job with little to no true appreciation.
