      1. Awesome work culture. 2. You get paid for every work you do. 3. You will be working with best. 4. No dress code, Perks, Cabs, and many other stuff.

      1. You have to strive very hard for your personal growth. Throwing a play with the big guys is not that easy. Apart from this I can't find any fault with the Org. Awesome.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
