      Career growth is good. Lot of scale which makes design discussions meaningful

      Many times you need to work out of office hours to finish the work as deadlines are sometimes strict. Work life balance is not good and if you feel you have not been performing lately, you feel this fear of being put into Performance improvement plan which basically means you will have to leave the jobs in 3 months.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
