Amazing and smart colleagues that love working in a fast paced firm. A lot of change and new ideas being implemented fast. A lot of ownership and responsibility from day one.

It's still a very large firm and even though they try to keep the atmosphere entrepreneurial, the structures become stiffer and goals are not necessary reasonable or fair. Usually you are one from many - simply because of the sheer size of the company.
