The opportunities to do interesting work are there at Amazon. The pay and work/life balance is good. Management is very good from my experience

Kontras

The benefits are not great. Conveniences which are common at other companies like a gym or snacks/drinks are often not provided. The company makes a lot of questionable decisions under the guise of "frugality"
