      Good pay; start with PTO, vacation time, and insurance; excellent benefits; 4 day, 10 hr a day work week

      Kontras

      Not really anything, except mandatory 50-60 hr weeks during Prime Week(s) and from Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve (though even that still isn't that bad)

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
