      - work not too hard - friendly co-workers - growing so chance for company advancement - schedule can be nice if you get days

      Kontras

      - NO PAY AT ALL for hours worked over 40 per week - MANDATORY OVERTIME (zero pay for it) every week - a bit disorganized - no holiday pay or extra time off - you may get a graveyard shift

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
