Management is very intense and has very high expectations of employees and does not respond well to mistakes. It is a low margin retailing company and the perks are very small compared to other high tech companies.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
