      Not much work load. Mostly it is seasonal. You'll be having too many parties (promo, farewell, team dinner/outings etc).

      Kontras

      No laid back outlook like other tech companies. Very formal office buildings. Hard to find good challenging projects to help you grow.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
