Benefits not offered to all employees! - Cs Representative bei Amazon: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I started in 2017 as a Flex PT Employee. My hours change every 3 weeks based on business need. We average 20-28 hrs/week. During peak season (Nov - First part of Jan) we work full time or more hours in a week. July we work 30-40 hrs per week for about 2 weeks for Prime Day. Because we flex our schedule I thought it was great they gave us medical benefits. I qualified for Medicaid and stayed on it. So now it's 2019 and I don't qualify for Medicaid due to the pay increase and now Amazon is not offering us benefits for medical and prescription. Not sure what I'm going to do.
