      Man arbeitet mit extrem klugen Leuten. Man verfügt über beispiellose Autonomie zum Ausprobieren neuer Dinge. Amazons Führungsprinzipien eröffnen einem ganz neue Perspektiven auf die Dinge. Eine Erfahrung, die einen demütig werden lässt.

      Es ist kein Problem, hier andauernd viel zu tun zu haben – wenn man nicht die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen weiß, wird man sehr schnell ausbrennen.
