      Engineers are really smart and very responsible and deserve more respect

      Kontras

      Culture is really bad. Manager acts like the king and show no appreciation. I saw manager fire people on the same day after tiny disagreement with employee. It's generally highly competitive and people back-stab to get ahead. It's not a good place for introvert people as your achievement won't be credited to you.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
