I have overall 12yrs experience and its been 3.5 yrs with Amazon already, I feel its day 1. My skills and ideas are valued. Given equal opportunities at every stage of my career with amazon. Its peculiar/unique. work style is very independent, no micro management. Innovation on behalf of customers is the key to success.
